Mr. Ng gained his overseas working experiences as Mining Supervisor and Production Executive in Australia. With his vast overseas exposures, he was appointed as the Executive Chairman & Managing Director in Astino Berhad, a public listed company in Malaysia since 2003, thereafter he was re-designated as the Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer on 8^th March 2010.

Currently Mr. Ng holds the position as the Executive Chairman of Astino Berhad. Notably, Mr. Ng plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and sustainability of Astino Group’s metal roofing and awning products till to date.

Dr. Cheah Soo Jin after graduated from the teachers' training college in 1967, worked as a commercial teacher in government school for 14 years. Through part-time study, he passed the professional examinations of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. He quit teaching in 1983 and joined the corporate sector as executive director of several companies both in Malaysia and abroad. He began to pursue further studies in 2005, and obtained his MBA degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2007, and PhD degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2012. He has taught accounting at the School of Management, USM, as well as offering consulting services to several companies.

Dr Cheah's professional qualifications include Chartered Accountant of Malaysia, Chartered Management Accountant, U.K. and Chartered Global Management Accountant, as well as an associate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He is currently an independent non-executive director of SBH Marine Holdings Berhad.

During her tenure, she excelled as a Regional Manager for 15 years, leading a fleet of 19 bank branches across Penang Mainland, Southern Kedah, and Northern Perak. Her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving regional growth and customers satisfaction.

Currently, she is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, where she continues her unwavering commitment to excellence in the financial sector. 

Mr. Ch’ng is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of diversed experiences across various industries. 

As the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kuang Yee Group, a company specializing in wedding and photography services, Mr Ch’ng oversees the overall business development, devising and executing comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive growth and success. 

In addition to his role at Kuang Yee Group, Mr Ch’ng has also been involved in various fields, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital activities. His diverse expertise and strategic vision had successfully expanded its business portfolio which include manufacturing and other strategic investments.

Ms. Wong has obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Malaya in 1999. She was admitted to the Bar in the year 2000. She is currently the managing partner of Messrs Wong & Loh which has 7 offices in Malaysia. 

With her 25 years of experience in the legal field, her area of expertise includes initial public offering exercises, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and family office. She is also the vice president of the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and an independent director of a few companies that are listed on Bursa Malaysia.
